Angie Gardner Director of Human Resources

Responsibilities
As Director of Human Resources, Angie is responsible for all HR functions in managed facilities, including benefits administration, HR training, personnel policies, employee relations, company-wide payroll and HR databases. She also ensures that the company meets all federal and state labor laws and regulations.

Background
Prior to her current position Angie provided Human Resource services for three years at The Point Lake and Golf Club in Mooresville, North Carolina. Before joining EWPCM, Angie worked for twenty years in Human Resources in the manufacturing sector with Dana Corporation in Charlotte, Greensboro and Gastonia, North Carolina and Lancaster, South Carolina.

Education
Angie received her degree in nursing at Presbyterian School of Nursing in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Professional Involvement
A current member of the Society of Human Resource Management, she is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.

Personal
Angie and her husband, Ike, live along the shores of beautiful Lake Norman in Mooresville, North Carolina.
