Jennifer Montano Director of Website Development

Responsibilities
As Director of Website Development, Jennifer is responsible for the design and maintenance of club websites. This includes daily updates, communications with members and the promotion of upcoming events.
Background
With a broad-based background in the club industry, Jennifer has worked in Human Resources, Membership Sales and most recently Web Development. In 1997, she started her career with EWPCM as an Intern at The Peninsula Club on Lake Norman. After the completion of her internship, she accepted a position in the Human Resources Department. In 1999, she transferred to Ballantyne Country Club and became the Assistant Membership Director. During her time at Ballantyne, she also assisted in the Human Resources Department. In 2000, Jennifer started her current position in Web Development.

Education
Jennifer graduated Cum Laude from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Management and a minor in communications.

Personal
A native of Charlotte, North Carolina, Jennifer and her husband Ruben live just outside of Charlotte in Waxhaw, North Carolina with their son Jake.
