Teresa Lee Regional Human Resources Manager |
As the Regional Human Resources Manager, Teresa is responsible for the human resources functions for the clubs located in the Western part of the United States. Responsibilities include human resources training, personnel policies, and employee relations. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, she assists in the development and implementation of company-wide human resources initiatives.
Background
Teresa has over twenty years experience in the private club industry. Prior to joining EWPCM, she spent many years working for ClubCorp, Inc. supporting Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, New Business Development and their National Golf Committee. She spent the first part of her career planning events and coordinating weddings as the Director of Catering at an exclusive private club in Southern California.
Education
Teresa attended Orange Coast College in Orange County, California where she was Liberal Arts major.
Professional Involvement
She is a current member of the Society of Human Resource Management and Certified California Notary Public.
Personal
Teresa and her husband, Brian, both natives of Southern California make their home in Costa Mesa, California. They have two children, Kevin and Olivia.
