Jennifer Wichowski

Regional Operations Director & POA Manager

Responsibilities

Jennifer is responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations for the swim and tennis clubs in the Triangle area of North Carolina. This includes fiscal management, marketing & membership, staff development, facility & aquatics maintenance, activity & lifestyle programming and club consulting services. Overseeing the property owner's association division she is directly responsible for assessment oversight, CC&R governance, architectural reviews and resident relations.

Experience

Jennifer began her career at the Stoneridge/Sedgefield Swim and Racquet Club in Chapel Hill, North Carolina where she was Club Manager for over 11 years. She was hired by EWPCM in January 2002 to serve as Club Manager of The Meadowmont Club, a privately owned membership/daily fee swim and social club. In 2003, she became the the Regional Operations Director of all Triangle area clubs and in 2009 was appointed POA Manager.

Education

Jennifer graduated from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill with Bachelor of Science in Industrial Relations. She also holds a Masters degree in Recreation Administration from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill.

Professional

Jennifer is a current member of the Resort and Commercial Recreation Association. She also holds certifications as a Certified Pool and Spa Operator and was an American Red Cross-Certified Instructor. She is a member of the Community Associations Institute and is a certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) through the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers (NBC-CAM).

Personal

Jennifer serves as the Treasurer of her community's Board of Directors. A native of Clemmons, North Carolina, Jennifer, her husband, Michael, their daughter Jasmine and son Wyatt, live in Pittsboro, North Carolina.
